Main Tasks
Coordinatesworks with other IT infrastructure departmentsexternal providers to deliver mission critical services to Zhanjiang site.
Introducepromote new IT Innovations, performance as the digitalization enabler for Zhanjiang site.
Support local IT Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities：
1.Reviewvalidate network requests request management team to ensure network is designed according to standard.
2.Readrespond to end user complaint emails. Work with vendor(s) to identify failure pointsresolve ticketsissues.
3.Coordinate scheduling of network changes with the related team, site contactvendors. Submit changes to Change Advisory Board for consideration.
4.Review vendor technical non-compliance, resolve with vendor, escalate repeated violations to Service Manager.
5.Weekly review bandwidth usage reports, run additional reports as needed, make recommendations for bandwidth upgrade/downgrade reviews.
6.Reviewvalidate network design during implementationfor the different phases of growth.
7.Support in network cutover/upgrade activities after business hourson weekends.
8.Support the relevant internal IT auditsecurity review.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,other related technical degree.
2.Minimum 3 years of information technology experience require.
3.Good communication skill in spokenwritten English.
4.Excellent knowledgeexperience at infrastructure, network, cloud technologies. CCNACCNP is preferred.
5.Good understandingsense in cyber security.
6.Optional: Low Code such as Power BIPower Apps.
