1. Disciplinarydirectional leading of all sourcing activities in supply team with the defined objective,to reach the agreed targets including RFI/RFQ/RFP for daily purchase requestinvestment.
2. Develop new suppliermaintaining strong supplier relationshiplead the supplier management program； Negotiate annual buys & agreements for the responsible suppliers.
3. Support new product project sourcing function (Supply concept, Supplier development …)
4. Proactively plan fordrive capacity ution to ensure suppliers meet rapid capacity expansion for product growth objectives.
5. Drive supplier performance in terms of OTD, PPMPPD.
6. Manage supply contractensure smoothly material supply
7. Ensure that the relevant regulations (e.g. EHS), internal standardscorporate policies (e.g. CoC) are well implementedcommunicated in the function dept. to make sure the compliance.
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
