工作职责Responsibilities:
1.负责组织领导关键材料供应商的绩效管理；
Responsible for organizingleading the performance management of key material suppliers；
2.定期输出和更新供应商绩效评估结果及相关供应商数据；
Regularly output the supplier performance evaluation resultsrelated supplier data；
3.负责工厂部分Opex和Capex工程项目、非标自动化项目采购；
Responsible for some OpexCapex engineering projectsthe procurement for non-standard automation project；
4.根据需要，负责开发寻找合格的供应商资源，模块化分解核定供应商报价的合理性；
Responsible for the development of qualified supplier resources, modular decomposition to verify the reasonability of supplier quotation；
5.对符合招标条件的采购项目，根据需要组织密标或者议标，成本分析后设定目标与供应商谈判，并负责合同中商务条款和风险的把控；
For procurement projects meeting the bidding conditions, organizing close bidnegotiation according to the needs, setting goalsnegotiating with suppliers after cost analysis,responsible for controlling the commercial termsrisk in contracts；
6.负责项目采购相关的全流程工作如采购审批申请、合同申请、付款申请等；
Responsible for the related process of project procurement, such as purchasing approval application, the contractpayment application, etc；
7.完成上级领导交代的其他事宜。
Follow up the work assigned by superior.

任职资格Requirements：
1.具有五年以上采购相关岗位，两年以上间接材料（工程项目类）采购经验；
More than five year related working experience, including two years in purchasing indirect materials (Engineering project category) ；
2.大学本科，理工科专业优先；
Bachelor degreeabove, majoring in material scienceengineering is preferred；
3.熟练掌握工程项目类成本核算方法并具有实战经验；
Proficient in project costing methodspractical experience；
4.具有较强的协调沟通能力和系统性解决问题思维；
Strong coordination/communication skillssystematic problem solving thinking ；
5.较好的时间管理、计划性强且以结果为导向；
Good time management, strong planningresult-oriented；
6.具备良好的英文听说读写能；
Good English skill in listening, reading, speakingwriting；
7.有非标自动化工程供应商资源优先；
Having the supplier resource for the non-standard automation is preferred；
8.熟悉ISO 15378 质量体系优先；
Familiar with ISO 15378 quality system is preferred；
9.有造价师资格证优先。
Certificate of cost engineer is preferred.
