工作职责 Responsibilities ：
1.参与新产品开发，根据产品及时了解所需材料性能, 解决产品开发中材料问题；
Participate in new product development, timely understand the required material properties according to the product, solve the material problems in product development；
2.结合市场信息和行业内发展动态，负责挖掘适用于产品的新型材料和新技术, 负责新产品的预研；
Responsible for developing new materialstechnologies applying to the productsresearching the new products in advance according to the market；
3.负责应用于产品上材料的功能可行性测试和确认；
Follow up the functional feasibility testconfirmation；
4.与生产运营部门沟通协作，支持新产品/新工艺从开发引入生产阶段；
Cooperating with the plant to support the new product/material developing to producing.
4.定期向上级汇报项目进展；
Regular reporting on the project status to the superior；
5. 完成上级交代的其他任务。
Follow up the work assigned by superior.

任职资格 Requirements：
1.本科及以上学历，材料科学类、应用化学或相关专业优先考虑；
Bachelor degreeabove, majoring in material science, applied chemistrythe related majors is preferred；
2.有3年以上相关经验，有产品的表面处理经验优先考虑；
More than three year related working experience with product surface treatment is preferred；
3.具备良好的英文听说读写能力；
Good English skill in listening, reading, speakingwriting；
4.良好的沟通与分析和解决问题能力。
Good communication skillstrong analyticalproblem solving ability.
