岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completionwould be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide,will be built into a role model for smart manufacturingsustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologiesapplying the highest safety standards.
Main Task
- Develop site low voltage switchgear maintenance management strategyprocesses as well as its contractor’s strategy.
- Work together with asset management1st line maintenance team to develop the site low voltage switchgear preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, life cycleshort-term periodic maintenance plan as well as effective inspection & test regime.
- Leadcoordinate production, maintenancereliability engineers, reliability center to define, evaluate, predict, improve,validate site low voltage switchgear reliability metrics via various programsactivities such as performancecondition review, cause failure analysis, troubleshooting etc.
- Develop site low voltage switchgear TAR planrepair method statement, trainimprove technicianscontractor skills in maintenance activities,
- Follow BASF continues improving process to optimize sustainability lifecycle management, cost management of site low voltage switchgear.
- Collaborate with procurementcontractor management team on low voltage switchgear external servicecontract-out management, including contractor assessment, qualification, technical clarification, bidding,verification etc.
- Coordinatesupport low voltage switchgear materialsspare parts management, including stock/nonstock, repairprocurement policy, BOM & MRP setting etc., also be responsible for specialized facilitiestools management.
- Provide electrical engineering expertise in support of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-upoperation.
- Provides technical support to resolve issues regarding electricalto promote best practiceseffective use of the latest knowledge across electrical.
- Responsible for resource estimation of electrical engineering to support projects, studies, maintenance servicesother activities related to electrical.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degreeabove, major in Electrical engineeringautomation.
- Working Experience: at least 5 years working experience in petrochemical company. Have the experience in electrical project commissioningstart-up.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Familiar with low voltage switchgear, just like ABB MNS switchgear, Siemens S8 switchgear, Schneider OKKEN switchgear. Have good knowledge for the low voltage motor control, have strong knowledge of the protection for low voltage motor. Fluent in English reading,writing.
